Ok, so here is the story... I was a 13 year old boy that thought I know it all, but I really didn't. My grandmother got
me to go to VBS when I was really young but I did not know much... I was saved 3 time while going to VBS but I did not know
what it ment to be a Christian. I went to church each Sunday with my grandparents, but I still did not know what it ment to
be a Christian until... I met some very caring people at the First Baptist Church of Aurora, Colorado. I went to the childrens
program until I was a little older then I moved up to the youth group. So, I went to youth group meetings each Wednesday.
They asked me if I would like to go to Acuire the Fire... I said what is that, well the told me and I said sure I loved to
sing and have fun. So two weeks passed and we went to Acuire the Fire. Now Acuire the Fire was a two day show so we went the
first day God had not spoken to me until the next day after I went to the first session. The next day I went to Acuire the
Fire and we were singing some songs and then.... The singers called for a inventation at the end and said if anyone wants
to be saved and live in heaven after life was over on earth. I grabed my youth pastor and went down to the alter. I committed
my life to Christ and have been learning his word ever since. I am glad that I have asked Jesus to come into my life. I am
know on my way to being a pastor. When I knew that God had called me to be a pastor I went to my very own pastor at Central
Baptist Church of Aurora, CO. When I went to speak to the pastor God had told him to give me a few test that would show him
that God wanted me to be a pastor. I was about 13 or 14 years old then. I am now 17 years old and have moved to New Mexico.
I am a member of First Baptist Church in Socorro, New Mexico. I have a great mentor... Pastor Bob Farmer. Pastor Bob has been
doing a great job with teaching me the Bible what I need to know to become a wounderful Pastor in the future. I have only
known Pastor Bob since July of 2004, but he has been a big influence in my studies. I thank God for what he is doing for me
